Am avut astăzi, în contextul reuniunii de la Bruxelles a miniștrilor pentru muncă, ocupare și politici sociale, o întâlnire cu doamna Yolanda Díaz Pérez, vicepremier și ministru al Muncii și Economiei Sociale din Spania. Am evaluat stadiul de implementare a Memorandumului care facilitează colaborarea între România și Spania în domeniul ocupării forței de muncă și al Inspecției Muncii.
Totodată, am discutat despre drepturile cetățenilor români care muncesc în Spania, precum și despre posibilitatea ca românii rezidenți în Spania să poată obține dublă cetățenie.
De asemenea, am reiterat faptul că România susține concluziile Manifestului de la San Sebastian adoptat la mijlocul lunii noiembrie în cadrul președinției spaniole a Consiliului Europei. În acest sens, vom încuraja în continuare creșterea economiei sociale, un sector care generează locuri de muncă de calitate, precum și beneficii sociale mai mari.
Today, in the context of the meeting in Brussels of the ministers for work, employment and social policies, I had a meeting with Mrs. Yolanda Díaz Pérez, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labor and Social Economy of Spain.We evaluated the implementation stage of the Memorandum that facilitates collaboration between Romania and Spain in the field of employment and the Labour Inspection.
I emphasized the fact that measures are needed to increase the pace of resolving #pension files for #Romanians who worked in Spain.
At the same time, we discussed about the rights of Romanian citizens working in Spain, as well as the possibility that Romanians resident in Spain could obtain dual citizenship.
I also reiterated that Romania supports the conclusions of the San Sebastian Manifesto adopted in mid-November during the Spanish presidency of the Council of Europe. In this regard, we will further encourage the growth of the social economy, a sector that generates quality jobs as well as greater social benefits.
